The geology on POW is a product of at least 3 separate periods of rifting. Known VMS mineralization occurs in the Proterozoic -- however, each one of these rifting events provides the appropriate geologic setting for VMS mineralization. There may be VMS deposits in the Paleozoic part of the section as well.
