 Core A1C5 was taken on June 18, 1996 in 9.5 meters of water. The core measured 47 cm in length, was x-rayed on July 1, 1996 and was subsampled on July 28, 1999 at 2 cm intervals down the whole core. Features noted are seen in the x-ray, water content, and texture profiles above and include some sand and mud ribbons, angled sand deposits, mottled sediment, rocks, and some biological features such as worm tubes. | |
