 Core M2C2 was taken on June 18, 1996 in 20 meters of water. The core measured 44.5 cm in length, was x-rayed on July 2, 1996 and was subsampled on July 24, 1996 at 0.5 cm intervals down the whole core. Features noted are seen in the x-ray, water content, and texture profiles above and include wispy sand layers, angled deposits, mottled sediment, and some biological features such as large shells. |
