Yellow polygons, which show locations of exposed glaciodeltaic strata identified as part of this study, are labeled chronologically and represent deposits of the Barnstable (1), Wellfleet (2), Truro (3), and Eastham (4) outwash plains. The map also shows the location and extent of the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary (SBNMS).
