This Web site includes an ArcMap document for easy access to the merged (2m per pixel) LIDAR product and contour lines. ArcMap v9 or higher and a valid license file are required. The contour file will begin to display once zoomed closer than 1:25000 scale. The LIDAR GeoTIFFs are very large and may require more processing time.
