Abstract

Highly-alkaline (pH > 12.5) meteoric waters of a Ca²⁺OH⁻-type issue from naturally calcined bituminous marl. The cold (16.5 ≤ T(°C) ≤ 19.1) waters are super-saturated with minerals thought to be of high-temperature origin.
