Forward and inverse cartographic projection procedures
A set of procedures for performing 19 common cartographic transformations between geographic and artesian coordinate systems are presented along with instruction for usage, installation and testing results. These procedures are written in the RATFOR preprocessor language and effort was made to ensure transportability of the code as well as consistency and flexibility of usage.
