Abstract

Water resources data for the 1989 water year for Nebraska consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage and contents of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels and water quality in wells. This report contains discharge records for 160 streamflow gaging stations, 12 partial-record or miscellaneous streamflow stations, and 5 crest-stage, partial-record streamflow stations; stage and contents records for 11 lakes and reservoirs; water-quality records for 38 streamflow stations, 8 ungaged stream-sites, and 159 wells; and water-level records for 55 observation wells. These data represent that part of the National Water-Data System operated by the U.S. Geological Survey and cooperating State and Federal agencies in Nebraska.
