The data are supplied in ESRI shapefile format.
Contacts.shp: contains the LINECODE item provides a numeric code
used to identify type of linear feature. The NAME item lists the
name given to structural feature. The SYMBOL item lists the line
symbol number used by ESRI ArcMap to plot the line symbol.
