The analysis of sediment texture for 28 sediment samples collected during USGS field activity 07003 is presented in a summary table in comma-separated value (*.csv) format (DH_SedimentSamples.csv), which can be accessed with any text editor. These data are also available in appendix 1 (Geospatial Data) as an ESRI shapefile. See Poppe and others (2005) for a full description of the procedures used for the analysis. Sediment sampling was conducted from September 7-11, 2007, aboard the RV Connecticut.
