CMGTooL User's Manual

INSTALLATION

The file structure of CMGTooL package is shown in the directory tree (Figure 1). The GUI components are stored in a directory named cmgtool, under which there are 5 subdirectories (corefiles, rich, t_tide, chuckstats, and gapfill). The cmgmfiles directory contains the stand-alone routine library. The installation of the CMGTooL package is fairly straightforward. First, create two separate directories on the hard disk, one for the GUI and one for the library. Then copy the files, including the subdirectories, to their appropriate directory. Finally modify the MATLAB search path to include these directories and subdirectories.

The installation of the NetCDF toolbox is a little more complicated.
