Appendix 4 - High-resolution Seismic Reflection Profiles

A closely spaced grid of high-resolution seismic reflection profiles were collected using a Knudsen 320b chirp system (3.5-12 kHz) (fig. A4.1, PDF format). To best view these profiles and determine their locations, we recommend downloading the personal geodatabase and following the directions in Appendix 1. Alternatively, the profiles may be viewed by noting the line number from figure A4.1 (PDF format) and finding the corresponding image in the directory of seismic profile images.

See figure 3.5 and Map Sheet 5 (PDF format) for an isopach map of total sediment thickness that was generated by interpolating the seismic reflection profiles into a continuous 50m grid.
