Abstract

The investigation of the titaniferous iron deposits and anorthosite of the Laramie Range, Wyoming, by geologists of the U. S. Geological Survey was conducted as a joint project by the U. S. Geological Survey and the Geological Survey of Wyoming, Yield, it was started during the summer of 1944 and has been carried on intermittently since as a part of the studies of the Laramie Range pre-Cambrian.
