U.S. Geological Survey Data Series 74, Version 3.0
Long-Term Oceanographic Observations in Massachusetts Bay, 1989-2006
Amplitude and phase of tidal constituents were computed using the tidal analysis program T_TIDE (Pawlowicz and others, 2002) for pressure and current observations. The principal constituents are K1, O1, M2, N2, and S2 (table 5). This report includes summary tables for the principal constituents as well as the full output from T_TIDE for each data record. The computations were made without inference. Principal constituents for each data recordEach pdf file below consists of five tables, one for each principal tidal constituent. Use the arrow on the control panel to navigate through the pages. Explanation of abbreviations used in the table headings. LT-A (~, about)
T_TIDE AnalysisEach pdf file contains a T_TIDE output page for each observation at that depth. Use the arrow on the control panel to navigate through the pages. The signal to noise ratio for the constituents marked with '*' is greater than 2.0. Explanation of abbreviations used in the T_Tide table headings LT-A (~, about)
