center of the storm extended from southern San Antonio south and southeast
about 20 mi. More than 16 in. of rain fell on this 110-mi2 area, with
6.61 in. recorded 8:00 p.m. Sept. 26 to 4:00 a.m. Sept. 27. San Antonio
Municipal Airport recorded 6.93 in., with 6.61 in. 8:00 p.m. to 4:00
a.m. |

lives and much property damage around San Antonio. |
