Field Activity Logs
Field Activity Collection System (FACS) logs are standardized forms used by the USGS Coastal and Marine Geology Program. FACS logs are provided in PDF format and can be viewed using the free software Adobe Acrobat Reader. Digital logs were generated from handwritten field notes and logbooks.
