How Can I Search for Dockets?Download an Excel spreadsheet of all dockets. This spreadsheet does not contain links to the dockets but does contain additional location information on many dockets. Search or sort on your choice of fields. You can browse all dockets by number or State, by individual States in the West (sorted by county), or by exploration assistance program. Use the "docket links" in the menu at left to:View All Dockets by Number or by State (pages are large and may take some time to completely load)Select either all by number or all by State. You will be directed to a table showing an ordered list of all dockets by number or by State/county. The table contains hot links to the docket scans and lists the scanned file sizes. All docket numbers are unique. View Dockets by Individual State (sorted by county)Select the Western State your docket resides in (listed by U.S. Postal abbreviation)—AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY. You will be directed to a table showing an ordered list of all dockets for that State, sorted by county. The table contains hot links to the docket scans and lists the scanned file size. Files with no recorded State or county information can be viewed by selecting No State ID. View The Dockets by AgencyAgencies are the Defense Minerals Administration (DMA), Defense Minerals Exploration Administration (DMEA), and Office of Minerals Exploration (OME). Select either all DMA, all DMEA, or all OME. You will be directed to a table showing an ordered list of all dockets for that Program. The table contains hot links to the docket scans and lists the scanned file sizes. On-Line Index ReportsThe following are links to on-line published reports containing indexes for ID, MT, OR, WA, and the entire collection. These indexes do not contain links to the dockets scans but do contain additional location information on a docket. How Do I Download a Docket?There are several docket links in the menu bar at left that provide quick access to tables containing links to the scans. Note the file size next to the property name in the tables. To download a scan, simply select the link in the property name column. |
