Imagery Data Files

Trench Imagery consists of multibeam grid files stored as "sd" and "scene" file formats that were generated with the IVS Fledermaus software and are viewable with the shareware IVIEW3D which is available from IVS.  Go to the 3D  visualization section for instructions on how to use IVIEW3D with these data.

Imagery data directory

The PRT03.xyz file is the exported ascii grid of the final processed mosaic image.  The prt03_500contour mid and mif files are the contour table files derived using MapInfo Vertical Mapper mentioned in the data processing section of the survey methods.
